The Best of CES 2026: What We’re Looking Forward to Most

2026 was the year of the bad robot at the Consumer Electronics Show.
Or at least, the very clunky one, as brands including Switchbot, LG, Sharpa, and Unitree showed off robotic machines that could fold laundry (clumsily), deal cards (very slowly), play ping pong (for some reason), and do mixed martial arts (weirdly). And oh, there were so many dancing robots.
We clearly can’t yet really outsource our grunt work to these humanoid bots, but there were still plenty of other things that caught the attention of the 20+ Wirecutter journalists who gathered in Las Vegas for the annual tech-centered trade show.
These are the products we’re most looking forward to getting our hands on after our journalists' week on the ground at CES 2026.
