I Have a Severe Food Allergy. Here’s What I Pack When I Fly.

I wasn’t always an anxious traveler. But when I was visiting Berlin in my 20s, a severe allergic reaction to peanuts led me to deboard a plane for a hospital, and I haven’t been quite the same since.
